Our Story

breezy-cabrio was founded in 2014 by three senior engineers who had spent years working in enterprise technology consulting. We'd seen the same problems repeatedly: consultancies that prioritised billable hours over client outcomes, implementations that looked good in presentations but failed in production, and technical debt that accumulated because nobody planned for the long term.

We believed there was a better way to deliver technology services. One that started with understanding business objectives before discussing technical solutions. One that valued sustainable architecture over quick wins. One where client success actually meant something.

Starting with just our founders and two contractors, we took on our first project: a cloud migration for a mid-sized financial services firm. The engagement was challenging. The client had tried twice before with other consultancies and both attempts had failed. But we took the time to understand why previous approaches hadn't worked, designed a phased migration strategy, and successfully moved their infrastructure with zero downtime.

That project led to referrals. Those referrals led to more projects. Within three years, we had grown to 15 people and were working with clients across multiple industries. Today, we're a team of 35 specialists serving organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

What hasn't changed is our commitment to doing work we're proud of. Every project still gets the same level of attention, whether it's a two-week integration or a year-long digital transformation.

No Fixed-Price Traps

We don't offer fixed-price contracts because they incentivise rushed work and scope battles. Instead, we work on time-and-materials with transparent billing and regular budget reviews. You know what you're paying for, and we focus on delivering value rather than defending contractual positions.

Senior-Level Delivery

Your project won't be staffed with junior consultants learning on your budget. Every engagement is led by senior engineers with at least 10 years of experience. We hire specialists, not generalists looking to pad their CVs.

Knowledge Transfer

We don't create dependency. Throughout every engagement, we document decisions, share expertise, and train your team. When we finish a project, you should be able to maintain and extend what we've built.

Honest Recommendations

If your problem doesn't require our services, we'll tell you. We've recommended simpler solutions, suggested hiring internally, and connected clients with more suitable partners when appropriate. Short-term revenue isn't worth long-term reputation.
